• Any changes or additions to the agreed scope of work may incur additional charges.

2. Payments

• Clients must adhere to the agreed payment schedule outlined in the project proposal or contract.
• Advance payments may be required to initiate certain services.
• All payments are non-refundable once the work has commenced unless otherwise agreed.

3. Intellectual Property

• Ownership of deliverables will transfer to the client upon full payment.
• Das Advertising Solutions Pvt. Ltd. retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, unless otherwise specified in writing by the client.

4. Revisions

• Projects include a predefined number of revisions as agreed upon at the project’s start. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information, approvals, and assets (e.g., logos, content) required for project completion.
• Delays in providing necessary inputs may affect project timelines.

6. Confidentiality

• We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose it to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

7. Liability

• While we strive for accuracy and quality, Das Advertising Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for errors in content provided by clients or for third-party actions affecting project outcomes.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice. In the event of termination, the client is liable for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from the agreement will be resolved amicably. If unresolved, the matter will be referred to arbitration under applicable laws.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
